alright Im just going to explain in the simplist way my 4 "current" races that are in my manga. And I say "current" because that infers more to come.
alright so I'll go from Berserkian -> Nekoian -> Vampirian -> Humans
Berserkians:
Berserkians are a race that are completely identical to humans in just about every aspect. The only difference would have to be their temper. By that I mean the fact that they go berserk, losing all sense of sanity and go into a blind rage. Berserkians are mainly classified by elements or Dark Arts. The primary elements being Fire, Water, Wind, Earth & Lightning. In the past it was said that there were 6 tribes among the Berserkians, with the sixth being the most powerful in that they could use all 5 of the other elements. Though it's stated they destroyed their own civilization through warring with one another. In modern day whether they're around or not is unknown but they've not been proven to have been completely destroyed, it's thought that they live amongst man.
Nekoians:
Nekoians are a majestic race of utter beauty. They share all alikeness to humans excluding their set of feline ears extruding from the top of their skull. These ears are with them from birth alongside their primary ears. The reason to why they'd need, or were created with such an odd combination is unknown. The Nekoians use light or Holy Arts. The Nekoians conquered the Berserkians several thousand years in the past and treated them as trash worth nothing but servitude. They kept them as their servents within their empire, but it was documented that a rebellion was held by the lead Berserkian and the they annihilated the entire race leaving not even the children to survive. Though somehow there remains one sure known, Natsuki.
Vampirians:
Vampirians are the simplist of the 3 races. They share human characteristics but they possess eyes of a golden hue and sharp canines as well as their pale skin, expressing the fact their not human. Vampirians are cursed to dwell in the darkness for an unknown reason, most probably having to do with the first vampire. Most of the common Vampirians refer to themselves not as Vampires but as Drakes after the most powerful Vampire who disappeared w/o a trace. Vampirians use Arcane magic or the Arcane Arts. Their immediate bite implants the curse within the veins of the victim, but due to their nature they tend to drink their victims dry, leaving just a shriveled corpse. They've been around as long as the Berserkians and Nekoians and to this day remain, though hidden, just feeding on what they can at night.
Humans:
Humans are just as they'd been since the beginning of time, mortals, living for the duration of their life until they die. They're unaware of the Berserkians, Nekoians & Vampirians, and just consider them myths, eventhough they were around at the time of the three races reigns. Humans have no special attributes but training and joining one another in gangs for self amusement.
Side Note:
Berserkian, Nekoian & Vampirans are semi-immortal meaning they live expceptionally long lives, unlike the humans who live an average of 100-120 years.
So yeah I hope that answered a few confusing questions regarding the four races above.
